These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Timeboxing, operated by the individual founder at support@timeboxing.pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service at timeboxing.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Timeboxing. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@timeboxing.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.
Usernames must be 1–15 characters, contain only letters and numbers, and may not start with a number. Each account is limited to 3 username changes over its lifetime. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are unused, impersonating, or violate these Terms.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with access to the Simple version of Timeboxing (block and shadow generation, recent activity tables). No payment information is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, access is suspended until a subscription is purchased. Your data is preserved during any period of suspended access.
After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for monthly subscriptions) until you cancel.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time on monthly subscriptions, or lifetime purchases. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@timeboxing.pro within 7 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account). Deletion initiates a 30-day recovery window during which you can reactivate your account by logging back in.
After 30 days, the following happens permanently and irreversibly:
Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. No refund is issued for the remaining subscription period.
The Timeboxing service, including its design, game mechanics, code, and content, is owned by us. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the data you input (block descriptions, categories, goal text). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or productivity arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
