By using Timeboxing ("we," "us," "our") at timeboxing.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Timeboxing is a productivity application. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a web subscription through the billing portal or an App Store subscription through Apple Account settings; access continues through the end of the billing period unless you deactivate your account. All purchases are final. Refund requests may be submitted to support@timeboxing.pro within 7 days for case-by-case review.
You may not exploit, automate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
You may request account deletion from your profile on the web or Settings → Account on mobile. Deletion begins a 30-day recovery window. After that window ends, your sign-in account, profile and related game records are scheduled for permanent deletion from the live application database. Game records are not anonymized and retained. Export any synced history you want to keep before requesting deletion. Recurring web subscriptions are cancelled before account deactivation. Account deletion does not cancel App Store subscriptions; you must cancel those separately through Apple Account settings. Account deletion does not issue a refund.
The service and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of data you input and grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
